I’m sure a lot of people were celebrating this weekend and having a hoot. A few of us made it to Richmond Virginia and attended the Cutthroats yacht club boating event, AKA Aqua Kill. Bicycle enthusiasts from Philly, NYC, Va. Beach and beyond all partying DIY waterpark style. Here are a few pics from the event, sans cops and with cops. A police boat and 9 cop cars showed up to tell people not to swim at the boat launch. Good times. More news and pics from the weekend as they roll in off the press.
