A lesser known intersection of characters passing through the storied history of FBM was a dude named Paul Buchanan, who later went on to become one of the most iconic, enigmatic and legendary riders In all of BMX. This was a section in ‘The Bar is Closed’ - released on VHS in 1996. Paul was always one of my BMX heroes. - @crandallfbm

This is a trailer for the late 90’s release of the FBM full feature - Albert St. - the cast of characters in this video is only matched by the antics of a restless and rowdy crew of BMX kooks trying to get some kicks. These were goods times, but when Mike Tag decided to record over this footage to save money on digital tapes, we all landed up in jail when the police got a warrant to search the camera gear on tour soon after. That was NOT as fun - @crandallfbm

Part 1 from last weeks archival update- the @realpropsbmx FBM road trip from issue 46 by @stew1201 - this was a great trip, and captured in a way that tells the story so well. Time spent traveling with friends like this is such a unique and fun learning experience. The ‘nowness’ of these times is like nothing else I can think of. Just the crew, the laughs, and questions like - what spot are we gonna ride next, or where is the beer store?
