I heard Chuck Dukowski say something to the effect that humanity’s biggest gains are about group efforts, that if an individual can find a group of people the same enthusiasm and hard work, there can be incredible productivity. I felt like it related to FBM, and the people involved pretty hard.
Between the guys in house at FBM HQ, the team, and the FBM crew at large, we have all managed to make our own lives a little bit better through friendships, bikes, and making our own way.
Seriously, I get humbled when I look around me and see the people who share our ideals, our efforts, people who work hard, and not to be compensated by traditional means, but to be a part of something better, a community, a community of artists, builders, musicians, and more, who share a passion, and an attitude for the DIY culture.
Without that, FBM would not exists, as a business, we are tiny, limited financially, as a group of like minded bohemians, we are rich beyond compare, with a kind of currency not everyone will understand.
On that note, on behalf of FBM, I just want to say, THANK YOU to all parties involved. Let there be DeAh!
Support BMX, support your community, support your local bike shop!
