Without knowing it, Kelly Baker paved the way for a lot of loose east coasters to have fun, by transforming the environment around him into a playground of his own imagination. One time, at a Mike Tag Benefit Jam at East Shore, Kelly took charge of some outdoor ramps, pulling scrap wood and flat rails from a junk pile, making an impromptu parking lot sketchpark, and incited so much fun, that almost no one even went inside to ride the park.
