Ad to announce the Outsider that actually ran in the magazine. Note that TV Head Guy replaced the Transvestite Monkey Wrench and went on to become the unofficial mascot for the Outsider. I wound up making up some story to tie Ryan, the TV Head guy, and the Outsider name all together.
