This rail is pretty crazy. It's steep, curved, spits you out into another steep set of stairs, and was in a bad state of repair when Kelly fired it out, hence the caution tape. Before he pulled the rail, Kelly definitely bear hugged the tree that he is about to pass in the photo a few times. I think the tree felt it more than Kelly did.
